I did not have a good experience here. I went here for months following a major injury and surgeries. The PT did not work on my injury and instead focused somewhere else. I asked to change PT’s but the owner refused, telling me that she would “talk” to the PT and get her to actually work on my injury. Finally after four months of little to no improvement I went elsewhere and had to start over way behind the curve.
I wish I could give 11 stars (spinal tap joke). I go to Newsport Therapy whenever I have a sports-related injury, and they help fix me (twice for back, both shoulders and my triceps). At one point in my life, I thought I could never surf or run again, and was selling all my surf boards. Now I surf every day, and run every day. I've worked a lot with Michelle and Hanna. Trust in Newsport!
I have been to six different physical therapists for recovery from various sports injuries over the years. Claudia is by far the best. I had been to a big physical therapy office in fashion island a year earlier after surgery to repair torn cartilage in My hip. I was still not back up to speed, went back to my doctor, and got another prescription for physical Therapy.
