Worst experience I ever had the installers are being sued. Don't put any money down because they will keep it and the representative is a smooth talker trying to act like he's your best friend don't believe it
When you call them , they will show you they are too busy , be ready to have surprised to get your closest appointment after 12 days , by that time I got my repair done in 3 days , so I think they don't need buisness , they are too busy to take any new jobs , Thank you .
Update: Manager contacted us and apologized, came out, gave us a quote, and showed us the window samples. They sent someone out before making the windows to measure again. Windows were made and installed. They look AMAZING! On time or early with all appointments. Great work, the office staff was nice and the crew was in and out.
As this is, the first review for having their service on a French door install, I need to detail my experience. Julio Bargmann and his assistant from NewSouth Window Solutions were attentive to detail. Their professionalism and skill made sure everything in the installation was done right, down to the smallest thing. This crew was awesome. Thank you
