Happy with windows but service is lacking. Installer broke a pipe in our irrigation pump and despite paying for a repair the next day- had to stop water from pouring out- sending pictures and the invoice with a notation that it was stepped on, we never received reimbursement for damages they incurred. Sent the invoice and pictures to the original sales man with no results and learned he was no longer with the company, was then given another contact and despite sending several emails never received reimbursement for damages. ... read more
Called multiple times. Can’t get anyone to call me back. Extremely frustrated with this company and the service I’ve received.
My mother hired this company to install a sliding door 3 years ago and it has been a headache ever since. She told me today she called recently regarding the door but in her experience, they take about 4 months to return calls. This door was installed 3 years ago and there were problems immediately. The first technician installed the door and notified us there were whole parts missing. After the door was installed, the door leaked every time it rained. It still leaks to this day. Stay clear of this company. Maybe other locations are better but Bonita Springs location is a disaster. You will be sorry.
Installation was great, finish work (caps and covers) all good. Mario was very good with caps and covers. Installers Owen excellent. Very happy.
