A month later update: I lowered NewSouth's rating from 3 to 2 stars. We failed our inspection. Missing screws. Stripped screws that just fall out. No locking mechanism installed on patio sliders. Now I get to waste another day off of work waiting for NewSouth to amend their work, then ANOTHER day waiting for re-inspection. They don't even send a rep to the inspection. Amazing how customer service doesn’t respond after you contact them for service. $43,000 later and can’t get a response from George Thomas the service manager after I contacted him about some issues. I discovered a major flaw with my pocket sliders and now they won’t respond. Look at my pictures where the foam is. I placed it there after I realized it goes directly to the outside. We had a great experience with New South Windows and Doors from start to finish. Zach Curtis, our salesman, walked us through all window, door, and slider options and helped us choose what made the most sense for our home. The office team (Kelly and Trish) was responsive and consistent with communication and follow-up.
