Experience with this company was terrible. Would not rec at all.
worst company ever to deal with! My elderly parents were convinced that they had to replace all their windows, but they were not installed properly. It has been a year, and they have been getting the run around when they will come back out and fix their mistakes!! excuses after excuses.
UPDATE: Sept 7, 2025 Still waiting on door to be replaced. UPDATE 2/11/25: Still have not completed the job. Company will only respond after several contacts. Now they are saying they can't do the door that they promised over 3 months ago. Still don't have caps and trim on the doors that are in. If we don't have satisfactory resolution by close of business on Friday we will on the recommendation of Glades Planning and Zoning be filing a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Totally inept. A total lack of communication towards customers and among their own staff. Too bad because the product is good. The customer service seems non-existent. And when they show up, they are completely in the dark about what they are doing. Get ready for this ineptitude as soon as you sign the contract. It took more than a year to get my order right due to delays and errors.
The 2 men that installed my new door were great. Friendly and professional!!
