It's been a one year nightmare. Two, of the 8 windows they installed has issues. One was LoE (tinted)which I did not want- the other has a big scratch. After 3 attempts, this company still has not been able to deliver the correct window. Today, again, both windows had Lo3(tinted) after they assured me they checked and they were both clear windows. Roger was a great installer and new south windows did an awesome job with delivering the product like they promised. Thank you new south windows.
We purchased 9 hurricane proof windows from this company. The salesman gave a thorough explanation about the benefits of the windows including how energy efficient they would be. We were very pleased with the service we received and they did not make a mess installing, cleaning up after each window. There was very good communication throughout the process. We interviewed 5 window / sliding door companies. Scott Salzman from NewSouth Window Solutions came to the house to discuss the project. Of the 5 companies, Scott was the only one to make some significant suggestions to improve the project beyond our expectations. We did Sliding Doors and Windows. Including the additional suggestions Scott made, the total cost was still tied for low cost of the 5. The quality is magnificent. We love the finished product. Customer service is the worst! The windows are good products but to get them to fix mistakes…. Well 9 months later, they have my money but won’t fix repairs from installation and can’t get anyone to return calls. I’ve called so many times and promised a return call from a supervisor… nope. Might have a good product but if you can’t support your customer- can’t ever recommend. So disappointed.
