My mother hired this company to install a sliding door 3 years ago and it has been a headache ever since. She told me today she called recently regarding the door but in her experience, they take about 4 months to return calls. This door was installed 3 years ago and there were problems immediately. Stay clear of this company. Maybe other locations are better but Bonita Springs location is a disaster. You will be sorry.
Installation was great, finish work (caps and covers) all good. Mario was very good with caps and covers. Installers Owen excellent. Very happy.
I just had New South Windows install Impact windows (9) on my home; I am very pleased with the professional quality installation that Mario & Anthony done today as they completed the installation in one day. The quality of these windows is unmatched in the window industry, as the salesman Scott knew the manufacturing process as New South Windows also manufactured the windows. Impeccable craftsmanship throughout the design of the windows.
I ordered a door and transom a year ago. When the new door came in the jambs were way off, but they removed my existing door and installed the defective door anyway. They soon found it it was incorrect, but too late. Multiple promises to fix it ended in them having to build a new door and transom. Still haven't got it, after waiting for months. Each time I call I get the run around. terrible execution, customer service and quality. Do not use these guys! The attached photo shows how they left it. It's been 5 months now.
