NewSound hearing center in Kerrville is wonderful and Sandy is the best. When she transferred to Kerrville from Sa Antonio we made the decision to transfer with her . She is that great. It is worth the drive.

I have worn various hearing aids my entire 76-1/2 years of my life and have had both good or bad experiences with most of them. However, I was highly impressed with the staff of NewSound In Kerrville, TX and especially Sandy Allen. She was both extremely professional and personable in her approach and testing and I left totally satisfied with the entire service that was offered. WOW! What a life changing experience! These hearing aids have changed my life! Within the first few seconds I could hear consonants I haven’t heard for years. I realized how loud I was talking. When I went outside I was actually able to hear the birds and the river flowing! What an AMAZING gift!! And they are SO easy to use! Rechargeable too, so I don’t even have to change the batteries. Small and very comfortable. I should have done this years ago! Top notch service from people who care. Thanks, Jan and NewSound.
I really enjoy working with the ladies of New Sound. They take good care of me. I have had wonderful luck with Audibel hearing aids in fit and performance. Aside from normal wear and tear on my hearing aids,which is inevitable, I have no issues
The ladies there were so nice,they made you feel at home,i'm usely a nervous person but this time was different thank you
Very disappointed!! My niece who is disabled got her hearing aid two yrs. ago. Went to take it out of the case and it came unglued. Now they say there is a short in it and will fix it for $323.00 with 6 mos. warranty. Unglued REALLY ??? Will not be back and will be sure to let everbody know!!
Great place,the women there go the extra mile,you feel at home, great service clean place nice people and it wasn't because of the sale ,I went there with a lady I work for and saw how nice they we're, so when I had a crisis with losing my hearing aids before a wedding I had an old pair I took it to them ,she fixed them cleaned them cleaned my ears ,wow all at no cost, you bet I went to them for my new hearing aids, Can say enough good about it and they have biscotti cookies and coffee ,what else do you want
