The tallest building in the city that was once a bank building was converted to apartments in the early 90s and removed one of the original bank building’s elevators and replaced it with an automatic one (in which it’s pretty fast for nine stories)
The elevator is broken & it takes forever to get fixed people who cant do stairs r stuck in building till it is fixed I never lived here but it's on the news about this
Nice place. Housekeeping could be improved. Hard to find someone in the office. Most of the residents are nice people. Apartments have been remodelled nicely.
