Booked in for a scheduled service for a recall and oil change with regular service, proceeded to tell me they are having difficulty getting my vehicle in the shop / to busy or overbooked... told me no concerns with the recall at this time .... Took the time out of my schedule to book these services .. 45 min drive to the dealership for a 7 :30 am appointment only to wait 3 hours for just a quick lube oil change ... Brand new truck threw SES light. Went in for service at this location and was the second vehicle in the door at 7:30 am. Was promised updates from service advisor when he had them. Sat around for 3 hours and had to approach him for an update. Keys were on his desk but issue not resolved. Time was spent trying to clear the code with scanner and disconnecting battery. Wasn't willing to look into issue further because they were only working 1/2 day. Went somewhere else, diagnosed in an hour.... Absolutely do not recommend wasti... read more
