Just got our brand new Optiq at Newroads cadillac. 5 star experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and transparent. Allen Wu was my sales consultant, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He does not BS and offer straight to the point pricing and make sure I got every incentive applicable. Worst reception desk. the worst. despite the fact that she cannot communicate properly in English as a front desk. worst part is, when you asking about booking an appointment of service matainance she asked you to book online. I ve been to Cadillac dealership in multiple locations and this is the worst experience ever.
