I did not sign a contract when placed a deposit of $1000 on my visa for a car. I changed my mind not to get the car. The finance mgr refused to give me back my money saying that they had to detail and license the car. They only gave me back $600. This is highway robbery. Going back there on Monday to see the general manager.
I purchased a Cadillac XT4 February 8, from another dealership. A couple of weeks after driving the vehicle, I was having some issues with: Seat warmers, steering, and sensors. I called the dealership where I purchased the vehicle, they had the car in their shop. If my car wasn’t under warranty, I definitely wouldn’t come back. I just bought the car less than two months ago, and there was an issue with the wheel alignment. This was my second visit. The first time, they didn’t fix it. During the second visit, a so-called repair department manager came out and said a part was broken. See Daniel for sales needs he took good care of me. Mark the lead service rep has always been good. Abdul has taken care of me several times. Always been pleasant and helpful! All issues iv had have been minor and immediate taken care of.
Zero stars. My head gasket failed on my 2019 Honda Civic at 150,000 km and it also ended up needing new injectors. The bill was just under $7,000.00 including $3500 in labour. I was denied "goodwill" assistance from Honda Canada, which I'm appealing. Took a month just to get the answer from Honda Customer Care. The car has remained at New Roads Newmarket Honda while I waited.
