This company will rip you off. Horrible materials, poor workmanship, and broken warranty. They do not back up their work, I have been waiting a year for them to complete the job. In addition they poked a hole through the floor installing the shower. They do not respond to calls, to letters, but they did respond when I called in the state attorney general. It appears my elderly parents were taken advantage of. They were told no down payment was needed because they were financing and next thing you know they were charged 12,000 plus. Week later their operation was ceased and now we are fighting to get their money back. My dad is a recent amputee and in need of a walk in shower. So sad to see them go through this, especially when they are on a fixed income and really needed this work done in the home. Now they are afraid to be taken advantage of again 😪
The windows are great, the installation was very professional and we are very pleased!
The sales rep was very pushy at the end and I was ready to ask him to leave my home. I knew I really needed new windows so I prayed. I am disabled and am missing my left arm. When the sales rep said all the windows would be cleaned I was excited. I was also excited about the guarantee that no matter what the job would be done in one day. The job was going well, at the end we had nine new windows and were told we had to wait 3 weeks for the last window which had been input to computer with wrong size.
