Newpro did a good job in updating my bathroom and all the fixtures. I had some issues with the plumbing initially and I called Newpro. A plumber came to fix the issue right away! Excellent service and customer care.
NEWPRO was absolutely amazing from the beginning when sitting down with the project manager to any communication needed before the installation. The day of the install went great. They were on time, efficient with their time and so professional. As in any renovation project there were a couple bumps in the road that were immediately taken care of. Still angry 😠 😡 👿 And yes, I am still not happy. No one will call me back. So many chances to make it right. This one is still an epic failure!!
All of the installers were friendly and courteous. All the the work was done in a timely manner. The new shower and exhaust fan work great.
