Unfortunately, my sales person was pleasant during the sales pitch process but when I refused to sign the day of the estimate, her attitude quickly changed. First, the guilt trip was applied. Her saying things like, well she must not be very good at her job (not to make the sale immediately). Second, the pressure was applied. After insulting my husbands culture, boring us with useless slide show after slide show of senseless information and not being able to read the room and get to the point, we will not be using this company. Awful salesman tactics and backward sales routines. Why on earth would you spend a half hour offering products to us that you dont even carry,NICK?!? When someone asks you to leave their home, its time to go!
He did a wonderful job. It is beautiful. Very polite. He cleaned up very good
I would say the wait was worth it the installers did a great job I had a couple concerns which was addressed. The plumbers John and his apprentice did a great job very knowledgeable. NewPro rep Damion did a remarkable job a true craftsmen very pleased with his work.
