Working with NewPro was quick and easy. The job was done in one day and is absolutely beautiful. Damion did a beautiful and professional job, which included removal of the old tub, reframing sections of the wall, and replumbing for the new walk-in shower. Again, a beautiful, one day job with very little mess.
Damion was absolutely awesome. He arrived on time, very polite and did his work in the extreme heat without missing a beat. The quality of his work was exceptional.
Brian was a delight to work with. He was very knowledgeable and solved the issue quickly and efficiently to my satisfaction. Would recommend Newpro.
We were very pleased with the look of this shower, and installation. However, there are some issues that need addressing, and we are not getting any call backs or any efforts by the company to fix these problems. We had our install approximately 1 month ago, and feel we have legitimate concerns, ie: loose shower doors that rattle badly when touched, shower door not closing- it just slides back open- was not properly leveled, excessive caulk residue on wall surface, hot/cold selector was installed backwards.
