I came in to have a watch resized, and despite me having purchased the watch elsewhere John took the time to get it fitting perfectly, at no charge, and in under 10 minutes. Looking forward to come back when I decide to expand my watch collection!

⸻ I visited the Newport Watch and Jewellery store after making a quick phone call — they were prompt and polite. They told me I could walk in for my watch sizing. It was a delicate job, but the gentleman handled it with exceptional care and precision. To my surprise, he didn’t charge me — something quite rare these days. I promised to leave them a great review, and they certainly deserve it. I’ll be bringing all my future repairs to them. Also, they have a stunning collection of diamond jewellery worth checking out!
