We have lived here since March 18th. So far our experience has been stellar! Amy, the manger, answers all my questions (sorry Amy, I have lots!) and it always kind and patient! Allison is always upbeat and honest. If she doesn’t have an answer, she will get it and get back to you super fast. Mike with maintenance has also been speedy and has resolved any issues quickly and never left a mess. We really appreciate your team and how great our experience has been so far.
Moved in a year ago was wonderful for a while than the company’s changed and this new management is horrible I’ve communicated that my sink is leaking more than 5 times and I was told I could start looking at upgraded apartments? For a leaking sink this lady is money hungry and wants to take as much as she can quoted my auntie 2550 for a 2 bed 2 bath town house that we have the exact same unit for 1649 a month she’s shady every one of these units has bad bug issues as well multiple of my neighbors said the same thing and ma... read more
I love my new home !! 🥹💗 it’s such a cozy place and my neighbors are wonderful. so far, Amy and the staff at the office are so responsive, and has taken care of all of my needs to the tea !!
I have seen a huge change since new management took over a few weeks ago! The staff is so much more attentive and helpful. You can actually call and get an answer at the office now! The new manager Amy, is also wonderful and kind!
Moved in a few months ago the property is always dirty the tenants who have dogs let there dogs waste sit in the grass, they have a bad infestation of ROACHES I REPEAT ROACHES, my area where I live on the property is always icey never shoveled or salted down
