The man who toured us didn’t know what he was doing. The townhome that my boyfriend and me saw looked gross and online showed they were ready to move in today. That was already a red flag. One townhome smelled like sewer or broke pipe or something. Then when we asked how to apply he suggested that only one person needs to apply and he can add the other person after once we move in. Super sketchy !!!!??? No thanks! Bunch of red flags Just being honest

Charleston is so nice and welcoming
First thing, No one answers the phones in the office and it doesn’t matter if you leave a voicemail because they don’t call back either! Since no one answers or calls you back we went ahead and drove around the apartments recently and saw what looked like 20 staff with the police moving people out. What a turn off and bad image at this property at the village on cypress. We just turned the car around and didn’t even bother touring after seeing that. Did not look like a safe community.
