Charles and natty helped me out with a new washer and dryer the other day and they were very professional and friendly.
The maintenance is awesome! Charles and Natty are great at communication and are very helpful when it comes to needing something fixed. They are very friendly and have good people skills. They are understanding of the problem you are having and will do anything they can to make sure your problem is fixed as soon as possible!
Whoever answers the emergency phone is the rudest and snottiest person I have encountered.
Furnace wasn’t working but Charles came to the rescue and fix it right away!
Disappointing. Just another property that does the absolute bare minimum and refuses to do their job. Don’t make the same mistake I did by going off the reviews. I’ve put a ton on my own money making my apartment into a livable environment and they can’t fulfill a literal single maintenance request.
