Absolutely horrible place to live, if love sleeping with ants and extreme heat this is the place for you! Maintenance has no idea what they’re doing, they come and leave the issues worse than they found it. My problems have been put to the side so many times from this new management team and i’m sick of it!
6/19/26 I want to thank Juan the maintenance man for all the things he promised to fix and did them. I had a big move in list that was never touched by previous Management. My apartment looks so much better and he always has a smile on his face while doing his job! He's amazing and we're lucky to have him!
Maintenance is great here, my heater wasn’t working and they got right to it. Even for the minimal issues they do great in. The townhomes are decent, can’t complain. I moved in a few months ago. The parking situation here is a joke though. I did reach out to Frank, to let him know about this situation as my son is medically complex (has a disability) and he provided an email where I could sent my documentation and we can reserve a parking spot for us. We have lived here since March 18th. So far our experience has been stellar! Amy, the manger, answers all my questions (sorry Amy, I have lots!) and it always kind and patient! Allison is always upbeat and honest. If she doesn’t have an answer, she will get it and get back to you super fast. Mike with maintenance has also been speedy and has resolved any issues quickly and never left a mess. We really appreciate your team and how great our experience has been so far.
