Maintenance is great here, my heater wasn’t working and they got right to it. Even for the minimal issues they do great in. The townhomes are decent, can’t complain. I moved in a few months ago. The parking situation here is a joke though. I did reach out to Frank, to let him know about this situation as my son is medically complex (has a disability) and he provided an email where I could sent my documentation and we can reserve a parking spot for us. Natty is absolutely amazing! She’s always quick with her work and always so kind! She’s a hard worker! Replaced our faucet, fixed our pipe, and also fixed the fill valve on our toilet. We had a leak from the unit upstairs which caused an hole in our ceiling, Natty got a person out here quick to come patch, paint, and texture our ceiling. Anytime we need her she’s there in a flash! Thank you so much for always being awesome to us Natty & to our French Bulldog Frankenstein! We appreciate you so much! You rock!!❤️❤️
I applied here months back but unfortunately I didn’t get approved. I was told that my deposit would be refunded within 30 days (which was ok) & they took down my address to mail out a check. But here we are 4 months later & nobody answers the phone & when I stop by, the office is always closed with a sign saying they’ll be back in a couple hours.
I have loved living here. Especially, the care of the maintenance members in quick response and a wonderful job done. Particularly, Natty. She has been such a help in making sure my home works right. And come on seriously she’s real pretty too
I’ve only lived here for a few days now and I love this place. Frank did an amazing job getting us in the day we toured after going through such terrible experiences with multiple communities. He didn’t brush off our application like every other complex, he invited us to stay while he figured everything out and promised us we could move in that day.
