The old manager was cheeks, the new one I believe Lucinda kicks butt. Been here almost 2 years. No noise, everyone’s friendly. Maintenance gets rocked out. Pleasant place to be.

New manager is trying to bring apartments and community back up. Still lots of rude and noisy people at times. But unlike some places they are trying to fix the issues if people would just report them.
Update 05/22/25 We have a new property manager and she is amazing. Work orders get complete, she calls/emails you with questions, updates, and any other communication that's needed. This is like night and day compared to our previous person (who I will not call a property manager because that's not what she did.) I just renewed my lease and I'm happy to call Newport Village home. The only thing I would improve is the longer entrance with the gate because when it rains, it floods but my parents said this area has always been ... read more
