Noisy, dog shit all over by one building. Loud upstairs neighbor walks around all hours of the night. And yes it’s loud in our apartment. Traffic out of control. honking late at night loud music that drowns out our tv at night. Traffic speeds around so watch your step. Gated community that gates don’t work. Drug smells out side around pool area. And management keeps changing.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The apartments are very old, and you can tell. The insulation is bad, especially in the summer! Walls are paper thin. There are multiple cracks in the floorboard all over my apartment. Even where there is carpet you can feel the deep cracks under it. My dishwasher has never worked since I moved in, and I was not notified of that until it was too late. It still has never been fixed. As well instead of fixing my garbage disposal, which was also broke before I moved in, they just removed it. Multiple electri... read more
If you put in a maintenance order, do it yourself! They will not do it unless you have to constantly remind them plus these are all “‘non smoking apartments” yet I informed them 2 weeks ago that our upstairs neighbors are making our apartment smell like weed, which I dislike for the fact i have 2 kids. I emailed them 2 weeks ago, the “apartment Manager” does not reply to emails. I can’t wait til our lease is up!! Hope this helps
