Very friendly staff and excellent care for my nervous dog.
Money hungry, absolute scam- came in less than a month ago for a full exam and ear cleaning. At the time we were prescribed an ear medication but decided not to get it- I call 28 days later to get the medication and they tell me there is nothing on file and I will have to pay for another examination to be prescribed a medication($80 fee) - won’t be coming back
I have been taking my dog to Newport Village Animal Hospital for 4 years. It has always been a great experience with the kind team as well as patient & knowledgeable doctors. Appointments are never too far away either and easy to book online. Highly recommend - and so does Henry!
Caring staff. They took great care of both of cats while they were alive and were very compassionate when they each passed.
I truly can’t recommend this place enough. The staff are so warm and kind, even over the phone, as well as knowledgeable and helpful. Every single time i’ve come here it’s been as stress free as possible. My cat and I are going to miss this place when we move for sure.
