You can feel safe taking your fur children here. I have been to good vets and bad. These people are unequivocally the good guys.
I was very happy to be able to get my cat into see the doctor on the same day as I called. When we arrived, the assistants were warma and welcoming and saw us directly into an exam room. Dr. Chahal was very pleasant and gentle with my cat when taking blood and urine samples. The results came in the next day and Dr. Chahal called me himself to explain results and next steps. Very nice crew and professional
I thought this was going to be my "forever vet clinic," but no. These are my reasons: 1. When you walk in, there is no staff to be seen. They all stay behind the door in another room. You have no idea if they know you are there, or not. 2. When you enter the clinic, you are hit with a extremely, strong scented odour which is toxic for humans and animals alike.
