Hardly ever any wait times and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr Nahal is great with our dog. We love this vet clinic! I have been to others but with the long wait times and up charging it can be super stressful especially when your dog is sick and in need of immediate care; I have never experienced this problem at this clinic. If I call they book me in usually the same day and don’t up charge me for an emergency appointment.
Nice and clean environment. Dr. and staffs are friendly and have provided excellent services.
We LOVE this clinic, and Dr. Shah is our favourite. He's so empathic with our pets, and always gives us excellent care. I also feel he looks for ways to save us money, when possible, which we very much appreciate.
Everyone always gives my senior doberman excellent care when we are there. The Doctors are amazing. I highly recommend.
I had a great experience at Newport Village Animal Hospital. It is clean, professional, hours are great and their pricing is very reasonable. My little one was very quick to recover after his surgery! Would recommend to anyone looking for a vet in the Port Moody area.
