RecommendedThank you for helping me find a food that my senior dog will eat. He gobbles it up. This has made my life easier not making food and now he is getting the nutrition and vitamins he needs. misty the receptionist is VERY disrespectful and will shout over you when you are trying to explain how you were NOT informed about your pet needing a regular visit in order to pay for Bravecto from the beginning as this is our first pet and was never told anything of the sort. she refused to give me the doctor's name and was very rude. I will not recommend them to anyone!!! after all the money I have spent there in the last year I'm disgusted how they treat people. Then to have the manager call me telling me her employee sa... read more

Angela, our top priority is caring for the pet. This means seeing them before we can prescribe any medication, including prescription flea medications. The state of Oregon requires us to have a valid yearly exam prior to prescribing medications. We did offer to schedule an exam for your pet and also offered another option for flea medication that would not require an exam, but you declined both options. There isn't enough stars in the sky that I could give to this clinic. The entire staff is just so wonderful. They really truly have compassion for you and your pet. Every single experience with them has exceeded my expectations. Dr. Parker is just the best! Highly recommend this place! 😊

While visiting Newport my lil Chihuahua fell out of my Dads lifted pickup and fell on her head at first we thought she was paralyzed because she couldn’t move so we took her to Newport Veterinary Hospital were the staff were so amazing. They treated my pup with love and they truly cared and did a thorough check on her and when we went to pay they told us it was no charge. Believe me this was a blessing in disguise. What an amazing experience. This hospital truly cares and I really appreciate how they treated us.
