Dr.Sollendar is the worst! She wanted to stick a scope up my urethra and blow up my bladder without looking at any imaging first. I went and got a second opinion the doctor looked at my imaging and said I was fine. Very disappointed in her professionalism. I'd stay clear..

I called this office on a Tuesday because my husband's medical issue wasn't being taken seriously, and spoke with Olivia. By Friday — 3 days later — I still hadn't heard anything, so I called to follow up. Olivia assured me the office manager had called my husband that same day to help him out. She then mentioned the manager was off for the rest of the day and wouldn't be available again until the following Tuesday — a 4-day gap. I'm extremely disappointed with my husband's experience seeing Dr. Sollendar. My husband has had a significantly enlarged and hardened testicle causing him pain and discomfort for almost a year. After finally getting the specialist referral approved through insurance, we expected real answers — instead, Dr. Sollendar was reluctant to proceed with the surgical excision he needs, calling it "aesthetic" despite acknowledging the mass is hardened and very enlarged. Dr. Loeb and his office is unprofessional, poorly organized, and struggles with follow through. During my visit, the doctor had not even looked at any of my information prior to our visit (numerous labs had been completed in between visits that I was hoping for genuine feedback on). He fumbled through our appointment and even checked his phone during our conversation. Very unprofessional accommodations for a semen analysis, literally had to request a room that had a lock on it (nurse looked at me like I was the problem). To ... read more
