Definitely Newport Terrace has improved a lot since the administration of the current office staff, I recommend this place to live, it is a very quiet area!
Been living here at my building for about 3 years now. And the problem with living in a building and on the first floor. Is if there are noisy neighbors. When you live over someone and you have kids you should be mindful. Kids will be kids. But I lived over someone before and they only knew I had kids because they saw me with them. I moved here a few months ago all because my Landlord was always out of town and not fixing anything anyway the people walk there dogs don't scoop up poop sane girl keeps walking her dog and don't have a bag i don't understand why let folks have a dog and nowhere to walk them also parking is scarce after a certain time kids jumping over my head daily my husband approached the guy the quiet down somewhat but also I never had these problems before again my old Landlord stop fixing things the reason I move now I cabt even sit o... read more
