Nice people on reception and the Doctor's and other medical staff are always friendly, accessible and attentive. You can always get an appointment and they're very flexible

My appointment was at 2pm and by 2:30pm I had to ask why I was still waiting as I was the only one in the waiting room. Dr Sion Owen was having a meeting. Being punctual for the patient wasn’t a priority at this surgery. Once I was seeing the Dr, he acted like I needed to be quick and only bother him with important matters. I felt like he really couldn’t care a less. I even told him I felt like my left ear was blocked and he didn’t bother taking a look.
