Customer service ends when your sign your lease. For 9 months I've had a leak in my living room that has caused us to have mold. The leasing staff is not concerned about the well being of others. I even took my complaint to corporate and they didn't care either. A/C was broken and their advice was to keep it running causing my bill to be over 200 a month until they fixed the real issue. It has been nothing but a headache here and I would't want anyone to go through the same thing I did.
