OH MY OH MY! I had the most amazing facial by Chantal! It was my first time at Newport Spa Center and I absolutely love it! They are now apart of my monthly routine! Great energy and amazing vibes! Chantal was extremely knowledgeable about each product and handle my face such love and care! She checked in with me during every step to make sure I felt comfortable. My lower than normal rating is I felt it was a bit misleading ad for $49 , but found out it’s just a light cleaning, then red light mask and a sales pitch for under eye cream at the end. They up sell you to pick an additional facial service which comes with a free service with it. So basically IF you want a facial it’s going to be $112, not $49.. and a little sales pitch at the end. Everyone was nice, parking is a nightmare.
The facial was amazing! Super clean place, very friendly and professional staff, and I could see a big difference right after. My skin feels so fresh and soft.
I got my first facial with Ellie and I was honestly blown away. She took her time and I even fell asleep a bit from how calming and nourishing it was. My skin’s always really dry while my t-zone is typically more oily but when I walked out my skin has never felt better and softer. Ellie was really nice and answered all my questions. She really knows what she’s doing! I bought a package and am really look forward to coming back for my next session. Definitely recommend!!
I purchased a $49.99 facial through Newport Spa’s Facebook promotion, but my experience was both disappointing and misleading. When I arrived, I was told that the facial I had purchased was not the actual service I would be receiving.
