I had the best experience with my facial. The owner and employees were lovely and accommodating and it was so relaxing. (Be sure to look for a confirmation email after booking though- I missed it somehow, but Dani and team were awesome about accommodating that). I’ll be back for sure.
Worst facial. I don’t think the lady had any idea what she was doing. I’ve had many facials and this one had no rhyme or reason to it. Just random movements with no consistency. She covered my eyes with super sunnies and put on a “blue light” over my face. There was no blue light in the room. Told me I didn’t see it because my eyes were closed…. I came in for the $50 promotional facial that was advertised as a $250 value. Based on the video and marketing, I expected a thorough facial with proper cleansing, exfoliation, and other steps. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that. The aesthetician barely did anything beyond placing me under a light, and the entire service felt rushed and superficial.
