The service was good. I had a facial, but not sure they did much. Just stuck me under a red light, then a blue light, and added some sunscreen and moisturizer. I don't think I would go back. 10/1 Update While I appreciate that this business refunded me for my bad experience, I do not appreciate the response from owner saying that my review was unreliable or a personal attack. I have no ill will towards anyone at this establishment. I have added a photo which shows the text communications they have sent me.
Had a facial here for the first time and loved it! Ellie was wonderful! My face feels extremely hydrated!
Just did a facial here last week. The employees were fantastic. Took super good care of me and left my skin feeling amazing!! 100% recommend. Will be coming back
I stopped by to try something new which i found this spa spot and the customer service was AMAZING my skin came out perfect and i bought some of there product can’t wait to use it ! LOVE THIS PLACE !!
OH MY OH MY! I had the most amazing facial by Chantal! It was my first time at Newport Spa Center and I absolutely love it! They are now apart of my monthly routine! Great energy and amazing vibes! Chantal was extremely knowledgeable about each product and handle my face such love and care! She checked in with me during every step to make sure I felt comfortable.
