Carlos and Jim were great! My dryer was out for three weeks while we waited on a part, but once it became clear the issue couldn’t be fixed, they went ahead and replaced it. As soon as the new one was in, they installed it right away. They were professional, helpful, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I really appreciate their effort and the great service!
I have lived here 14 years, just moved to another apartment. Great experience with the new maintenance. Carlos and Jim have made this transition a smooth one. They seem to really care, about doing things the correct way. I applaud their work ethic.
A great place to live. You couldn't ask for a more well maintained, better managed apartment complex. I've lived here for a little over a year and I love living here. All the people that live here, that I have come in contact with, are friendly and are good neighbors. This is a tough place to get into because it is in such demand but it is worth a try.
