Great experience with the nurse administering vaccines for my baby as well as the front desk in sorting out the appointments.
We had a wonderful experience with Nurse Kelly . She was so kind and sweet to us and extremely patient with our 4 year old son. We had his appointment for immunizations and it went smoothly and I really appreciated her gentle approach because our son is autistic and she made sure we had a stress free experience. Sooo bad service , We moved to another province and send them fax from the family doctor side to send the immunization record for my son 4 months ago , they didn’t send anything , and the school in the new province will suspend my son from the school because he doesn’t have any records , because tricity puplic health unit don’t do there job
