I called yesterday to book some travel immunizations for me and my boys. When I called I got the rudest person to deal with. I told her the vaccinations we were wanting to get & then after I told her we are traveling in April, she was kinda ignorant making a snide chuckle & said you just need to book 6-8 wks. I was to call back in January & they would take a look to see if we could even book in March if the schedule was even available. Nurse Amy is awesome, super knowledgeable and helped calm my nerves immensely. Will recommend her to plenty of people in my life.
The receptionist had a rude and unpleasant attitude, clearly disliking her job.
Very Nice Friendly Staff
Great experience with the nurse administering vaccines for my baby as well as the front desk in sorting out the appointments.
