The owner whos name is ****** made an appointment to come over for an estimate on March 2nd 2022. We drive 2:45 minutes to Newport to meet him for the appointment he made with us for 10:30am that morning. He knew we did not live in town however he also did not show up for the appointment and when we called the office they said that they had no control over ****** or his schedule and that we would have to talk to him.
