location was great but they dont refund the entire security deposit. and they clean the apartments once every 2 months instead of 2 weeks as stated in the contract. at the end of the day its a cheap spot so you get what you paid for, i just wish they were honest about the security deposit though.

I could not have lucked out more in finding this place! I moved to San Diego from out-of-state and did not have my feet on the ground quite yet, so this place really was a stress reliever. It is furnished and provides you with everything you need to feel at home and comfortable immediately upon arrival. The landlord really cares about this property, and his tenants that live there, and he acts accordingly.
