We used to have rate increases from $10-$20 until this company came in. Now we have $50 rate increase every year. Everyone here is bracing to see if it will go even higher. So in five years your looking at least a $250 rent increase on top of current rent. Seems excessive considering there are no extra perks to live here except a pool. Its gotten so expensive that the elderly on social security have no choice but to move.
8 years with Newport Pacific Capital Company . We are happy to have such a wonderful Management staff to fully support us as Property Managers .Also it has been Great to live on site , with full benefits . Thanks Newport Pacific Capital Company.
