Janice and Nicole are highly organized in admin for Emerald Gardens MHE The grounds are well Maintained, love that the Dumpsters are dumped 3 days a week to avoid Odors and trash spilling out. Space fee affordable compared to rentals in LA County. It's quiet and safe. Never heard of one robbery Here!
This place is run by someone with no heart or soul. If U have a dog U must build a pen and sit inside the pen with your dog. That includes the winter time & in the summer time. If U DARE go on line & just ask about selling your trailer to see if it is worth it U get evicted!!!
This company is nothing less than a scam on the consumer, instead of doing an adequate job and honest job for the consumer they tend to rip off senior citizens and sell their mobile homes out from underneath them, I counter-sued because of this because I had two trees fixing to follow my mobile home or let them know they told me to get a certified arborist I did I got six of them and they still denied me so I ended up having to resort to getting the city of Memphis Tennessee code inspector to come out and he checked the mobi... read more
