Dr. Petrie has the rare balance between a fine, caring bedside manner and the confidence that exudes from a surgeon who knows what to do to bring a person back to perfect health. From start to finish, Dr. Peitri and his staff were just plain nice. The care and help that I received at Hoag Irvine was amazing Check in, pre-op, ICU, while in my room, nurses, kitchen; just perfect.
Had a total reverse shoulder replacement 2 weeks ago and I could not be more pleased. This doctor, his staff, and his surgical team are exemplary. I was terrified and the comfort level that they provided on every level was absolutely amazing. They treated me, Sherry, not just a number, but ME. They listened and they actually heard me. The scar is minimal, as well as the pain, which I certainly did not expect. Their follow-up is almost the way I helicopter my kids. Everybody said this was the dude... this IS the dude!!
Very bad and unorganized people working in the front desk everything they do is unprofessional And an organized they gave me appointment at 9:40 when I got there they said oh the appointment is at 8:40 while you gave me a card that says it’s at 9:40. Go figure.
