Just get icy hot instead of dealing with this practice. Does not understand the concept of diagnosis of exclusion as I have referred pain to the shoulder blades. I am leaving this review for the Dr to educate him what he forgot in medical school. Shoulder pain on right side can be sign of liver problem. I also had pain in shoulder blade that he said is fine. I have been thinking about writing this review for a week, and I now feel it’s important to share my experience to help others before they see this doctor. First of all, I felt rushed and treated more like a number than a human being, which was very insulting. I was told I needed surgery within two minutes, but the way it was described didn’t sound promising at all. Dr Hafiz Kassam is the best of the best of orthopedic doctors anywhere. I was lucky to have him perform total reverse shoulder surgery with 100 percent satisfaction. He is dedicated to his practice.

This a very efficient Dr with an attentive staff. The pre and post follow thru/up makes for better preparation and recovery and gives the confidence of a successful surgery.
