After calling this morning over 5 hours ago inquiring about paperwork that should have been returned to me by now, I feel the need to ask publicly why it’s not done? It was dropped off at your office the morning of 09/16. I was told that your office policy is five business days which we have exceeded. Maybe I’ll update my post when I receive a proper answer. Now my paperwork is late and my job is on the line.
Terrible service they sit in the room and we had to sit there for 2 hours waiting on 1 nurse that was goofy and come N the room laughing think something is funny
Impossible to get a sick visit. They said there are same day walk in sick visits 8am-9am everyday on the website. Got there at 8:15am and they looked at me confused and said they aren't doing that today. Made it worse that the CHKD urgent down the street isn't open at that time either. We have been a patient here for 9 years and love our doctor though.
