Impossible to get a sick visit. They said there are same day walk in sick visits 8am-9am everyday on the website. Got there at 8:15am and they looked at me confused and said they aren't doing that today. Made it worse that the CHKD urgent down the street isn't open at that time either. We have been a patient here for 9 years and love our doctor though.
We love coming here. My Infant’s care has been great and the staff is super friendly. We appreciate Newport News Pediatrics
Been having issues getting my children seen. They claim they must have medical records according to the state law, but my lawyer said that’s not factual. I have been in here numerous times and filled out the medical release form for my children for them to request the records from their previous provider in AZ (going on a year now) and every time they have no updates. I call the office in Arizona and they’ve never received it. I have asked this office what they are going to do about this because my children need medical care... read more
This place has bad reviews and I was scared to come here. But, this place was nothing short of awesome! I have three kids and all three had to be seen on different days. Ms Meagan Gray and her nurse... phenomenal! Ms Gray listened to every concern and put the ball in my court after providing choices for me to make.
