Hit and miss care The staff at urgent care always seem rude, especially the receptionists. Sometimes you get good care and a good experience and other times it would be better to go to the local veteranrian. Only use this place if you have to!

Excellent Doctor I have been here 6 years and both of the local doctors have given med's that were on the list I cannot take or insurance will not pay for. This doctor was really good. He ask good questions & knew I had to keep this out of my lungs or I'd be in the hospital. I'll go back there the next rather than going to the local doctor.

RN I went to Urgent Care for a TB test and both of the receptionist were very rude and a smile? You can forget a smile, not once from either one of them!!! So, I thought to myself "maybe their just having a bad day." No, because when I returned 48hrs later for my reading she (only one this time) was still rude!! Yes, I did call to complain to the office manager and I am still awaiting return phone call. I willl never return or refer anyone there!! Denied care for 8yr. old Denied my 8 yr old daughter care at 3:28pm when they are suppose to take patience until 3:30pm. Never again will I go back!!!!!!!

Best Clinic Ever! The wait was appropriate to the amount of patients in the clinic and the staff was very kind and thoughtful! Overall good experience and not pricey! I will be using them often!

Great Care! The staff is caring. Often they are very busy but still take time to smile and care for you as quickly as they can while giving good service. Very informative.

Staff not pleasant/skills poor I have been a patient here before as well as my children and husband, usually it has been a pleasant experience with the exception of the wait time. However,last month (July), I was seen in the office and will not be back after my experience this last visit. The nurse that took me back was an older woman I had not seen before and she acted as tho it was an inconvenience to be brought back. Poor Service My husband and I went here for just a regular drug test for employment. We sat there for almost 2 hours just to take a drug test. My husband was the one there for the drug test, I just came along for the ride. I have never seen a more disorganized establishment that dealt with the medical public. My husband went up to the front to ask what was taking so long and the nurse said that the receptionist hadn't even made a file for him and that he should've been called back 45 minutes prior to that. They think only of themselves we live 25 mins away i called the office. they told me they stopped taking patients at 5:30. We drove to their office and walked in the door. the lady at the counter told us we were 1 min too late! I asked where the next closest urgent care she said over 30 mins away. I think any place that would send someone doubled over in pain away one min with no one in the place dont care for the people. I understand that they want to go home but 1 min come on!
