Extremely rude receptionist. I don't think I can forget her attitude. And when I checked their earliest available appointment, it was tooooo late for me. I ended up going to another walk in clinic and saw their doctor within 15 minutes without appointment.
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the lovely lady at reception, Wickie. She is always helpful and kind, and I am truly grateful for her support. Additionally, I want to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Antonios Mina for his exceptional kindness and patience. He is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person. I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor. I wanted to give them a 5-star review, but due to the rude behavior of Dr. Ihab Ibrahim, I decided against it.
