I went in and saw Dr. Ibrahim to get a requisition form for bloodwork, and he gave me a form with another patients information on it. Negligence and total breach of confidentiality.
Receptionist was really rude and unhelpful. They do not offer walk-ins even thought their website says so.
The doctors at the clinic are attentive and caring. Unfortunately they are badly let down by one administration staff at reception. There are two front-of-house-staff: #1. a blond woman and #2. a brunette. The blonde receptionist is helpful and knowledgeable. Receptionists #2 has very poor people skills and little knowledge of how the Canadian health system operates. I have been blessed to find both Dr. Antonious and Nurse Jenny at Newport Medical Clinic. I'm at the age where things are starting to change and both, on their own accord have helped me navigate my health needs. Mostly preventional and wise direction towards dietary changes as opposed to meds. Thank you Doctor Antonious and Nurse Jenny!!
The best clinic in Tri City, and all the staff, whether doctors, administrators or nurses, are excellent and very polite in dealing with people
