Great clinic, I can usually book an appointment fast and the staff is great.
Unprofessional, careless walk in physician, Dismissive and disrespectful front desk staff. The doctor did not bother to include information as basic as my full name and care card number on the throat swab he collected, so the lab ended up throwing my results away. Instead of making it a priority to fix the issue, the young Thursday morning receptionist alternated between hanging up on me and putting me on long holds. These receptionists are absolutely ridiculous. The problem with the Healthcare system are the admin doing less than the bare minimum and they represent the doctors POORLY. My daughter had a chest xray done July 15th and the doctor asked me to call back 2 days later to talk about the result. I did and and the report wasn't back. After several days of back and forth I scheduled a phone appointment with the doctor after the receptionist advised the report should be in by then.
