I was treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism by all members of the staff, from admittance to dismissal. I was an outpatient for a ct scan. I requested that my primary and specialist both get the results, and was told to check in 2 or 3 days. It is now 11 days later and neither physician has the results of my test. Until now I would have given them a 5 star rating. Someone dropped the ball at an important junction. Please, Tennova, get better at this.
Everyone that I encountered @ Tennova Newport were cordial, friendly and very professional. My thanks to the radiology department nurses for having their act together and making visit quite enjoyable.
