We love living here! Quiet, nice neighbors, beautiful surroundings, attentive, friendly staff. Lots to do in the area, with convenient shopping.
Loved the first 2 years here but lately has gone down hill. Was charged $400 for a plumber to come out to fix our industrial toilet after maintenance tried to unclogged it twice. Asked multiple times why we were charged and was told the property manager would contact us which they didn’t. The bill was then added to our rent so we were forced to pay it so we wouldn’t be charged a late fee. My husband then reached out by email once again and no one ever responded.
Hi ! My wife and I have lived at Newport Landing for 4 1/2 yrs. I have never had a problem with anybody in Bldg 25 or anyone in the Newport Landing community ! The office staff (Sarah & Karen ) are great people both professionally and personally !! Maintenance crew with Kyle and Travis are very respectful and professional !!! I lost my wife on Oct. 24th. with a massive stroke and had to move due to her loss and my physical limitations . One of the safest communities I’ve ever lived at! I love our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that overlooks the pond! You can actually sit out on your porch and hear nothing but the birds and ducks. My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years now. Maintenance and the office have been nothing but kind and understanding.
