Very friendly and helpful staff. Even the nurse who took my vitals was friendly and informative. Dr. Joon Lee is an amazing surgeon and very patient and informative as well. Definitely made this medical journey less stressful. Thank you.
I scheduled to see a surgeon; I told them all about my medical history and what I wanted done in October 2024, had an appointment to see Dr. Michael Hurwitz, MD in November 2024. Three days prior to my appointment it was cancelled, I was informed that Dr. Michael Hurwitz, MD is a General Surgeon, and I need a colon rectal surgeon. Terrible scheduling system; can never get anyone live on the phone to schedule an appointment, you're either sent to a voicemail or the call ends because the office is closed or at lunch during normal business hours. After multiple attempts, I connected with Tina (for Dr. Hurwitz), who was rude and lacked decorum. Despite needing a follow-up appointment within 1 - 2 weeks after surgery, she informed me they couldn't fit me in for over a month. I will not be returning.

I had a inguinal hernia that was causing me so much discomfort that I had to act and do something about it. I was really worried about going under to fix it, but when I met Dr. Beanes all worries went away because he truly cares for his patients the level of service he provides goes far beyond anything I have ever experienced before. If I ever have to have surgery again for anything I would not hesitate to have it done if Dr. Beanes is my surgeon.
