It is almost Impossible to schedule with them, I would not recommend this practice: - website has been down for days, I told them and nothing changed - they seem closed for lunch for >2h? with no indication in the message of when they will be back - no “hippaa compliant email” so they can’t receive or send emails - no ability to send texts So you better be next ready to take notes when you call them. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even the nurse who took my vitals was friendly and informative. Dr. Joon Lee is an amazing surgeon and very patient and informative as well. Definitely made this medical journey less stressful. Thank you.
I scheduled to see a surgeon; I told them all about my medical history and what I wanted done in October 2024, had an appointment to see Dr. Michael Hurwitz, MD in November 2024.
