I was a client at the men's Newport facility, and I truly can't think of enough good things to say about my experience. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the activities and the schedule was diverse and engaging, and the mental health care was top notch. I owe a lot of my healing and trauma processing to the healthcare workers and therapists of this facility.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to Newport's adult residential program last year in Kirkland, WA and it was awful. It was my first time in residential treatment. When I was admitted the adult program had just opened in Kirkland. I was the first person there and throughout the week more people came to start the program. Since it was all new we were pratically test dummies, which made the experience way worse. The staff is awful. Being at Newport in Snohomish, WA helped me so much! I saw a lot of growth in myself and was supported 100% along the way! Staff is amazing and the experience was life changing!
