We purchased a home last spring and have been very happy ever since. The personal service offered by the builder has been top notch and our home has more than lived up to our expectations. My wife and I would definitely recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new home take a very hard look at Newport Homes...they are a quality organization that builds a quality product!
Its almost been a year since my wife and I moved in to our Newport home, and its been great! great quality, (2 x 6 walls, 2x10 floor joist, copper lines, etc.) That's the main thing I looked for when buying a house. after 10 months there's been only one 3in settling crack in drywall, which from what Iv seen with other new home const., is minimal. After selling our first home, my husband and I chose Newport Homes to build our custom home. We had a floor plan in mind and specific things we wanted built along with a price range to work with.
