PLEASE ROLL OUT IN-WINDOW PARKING PERMITS! Parking has become even more of a problem. It’s supposed to be 1 assigned spot each, and uncovered parking is open. But, some tenants have 5 cars, park/store commercial work vehicles, or store junk vehicles on site. If you work late and have a second car good luck doing the parking shuffle every day to save a spot, or end up parking 1/4 mile down the hill and somewhere on the street. **Updated: 05/29/2025** We appreciate the management at Newport Heights for their willingness to collaborate with us in improving our living conditions. As considerate neighbors, we strive to maintain a positive environment and are eager to relocate to a safe and peaceful unit, preferably on the top floor, before our contract expires.
