Newport Heights is usually a nice and quiet place to live, except for the occasional gunshots that echo down the streets. At times, we can hear up to ten shots fired at once. I am giving this place a one-star rating for a specific reason: Ever since our new neighbor moved in across from us, we have been smelling marijuana in the stairways, through the front door, and most recently, through the vents, which brings the smell directly into our unit every night when he and his guests are home. •GUN SHOTS IN PARKING LOT •RAT INFESTATION IN GROUND LEVEL UNITS! •LARGE SPIDERS EVERYWHERE! •ALOT OF ANTS.
