Amazing experience Jin super professional and very detailed. Highly recommend him
Got rear-ended a few weeks ago and had a hard time finding a shop that could work on a Mini Cooper while also dealing with insurance. Called Ferrari Collision (crash champions) and spoke with Alex at the front desk first — she was incredibly helpful from the jump and made the whole process way less overwhelming than it could have been. Sean handled my car and went above and beyond on the insurance side, including fighting for my rental when insurance was dragging their feet. Great working with Jin and team to get our car back on the road after getting rear-ended. Wonderful communication and really appreciated how he advocated for us with insurance to get our vehicle in tip top shape.
The amount of care of these guys invest in each person and property is unreal. They go the extra mile and beyond to make sure that your car is back to the original condition.
