I thought the work was done very professionally. I thought it took longer than i thought but the work was done very well.
My worst experience of getting my BMW X5 happened here recently. Met with a minor accident which damaged (minor) to the rear bumper. I gave my car to Newport FMC thinking that it’s close to my house and authorized by BMW so better give them to fix it. It was initially told me that it will take 2 weeks to fix it as it was minor damage it was too much time but still I gave my car there to fix it and they kept the car for over a month and every time keep giving some excuses. Cannot recommend this place more. My daughter's friend who is like a Son to me, brought his Mercedes Benz CLA250 that was in accident in. The Service Writer Sean Trimbon, took care of him. Not only was the price very fair but the quality of work was terrific. Sean kept us up to date through the entire process, and returned the car in perfect condition sooner than we expected. They do great work over their, and plenty of cool cars to look at.
