Awesome experience doing sauna and cold plunge here! Friendly host, the sauna was super hot and optimal for the contrast therapy with the cold tub! They also have a private shower within the suite for you to shower off with all of the bath amenities! Highly recommend
There was some sort of misunderstanding because I booked my appointment at 10 AM and they said it was 11 AM. They said they don’t open till 11. Someone helped me come in and she said I could start at 10:45. I come in at 10:45. The nurse was so rude and she’s said we don’t open till 11. I’m like can I just use the restroom? She was so rude. I literally left and waited on the sidewalk she didn’t even nicely tell me I could sit in the waiting area. How thoughtless? What kind of business is this? At 10:55 they let me back in. Scheduling with them was a nightmare. They rescheduled me so many times it was ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend at all.
