This beautiful state-of-the art spa/wellness center is the best kept secret in OC. I am so glad they were open 7pm on a Saturday because I was in so much pain and desperate. I did 3 mins of cryo and 30 mins of flotation therapy. I left there feeling ZERO pain and slept so great. The membership's they offer are definitely the way to go.
First time experiencing float therapy and I feel so relaxing!! The chamber is filled with super salty water which makes your body floats with dimmed light and chill music. Definitely coming back for their other treatment.

Hands down the best sauna in all of Orange County. It’s the cleanest the most consistent they’re friendly their systems work the entire place is consistently clean, and that’s what matters to me. I love the convenience of having a shower and a cold plunge all in one room along with a sauna they’re super helpful and I love the hours and Jazlyn is always the girl that helps me! I can’t ask for a better service. This place truly is a blessing. This review is coming from someone who uses class pass and sauna hops all over!

I strongly advise against visiting and highly recommend seeking an alternative location that provides the same amenities.
