Very well run wellness business! And probably the best plunge in OC. Sauna’s are well maintained and plunges are cold. They even have shampoo, soap, conditioner etc in the sauna rooms that have showers as well. What I like the most is the team that works there — super nice, accommodating, very flexible with membership pause etc! Thank you team Newport body works for such an amazing service. I did the floatation therapy. I really, really enjoyed it. There are optional lights and music, both of which you can turn off if you like. One of the two rooms is too hot for me, but if you typically run hot, it might be closer to your comfort level. During the times I went, I shut off everything inside the room. I could not hear anything when I was in the tank. Some minuscule light still bled through the cover, but not enough to bother me. Will definitely go back when I can.
