Newport Eyecare are nothing but scam artists who are defrauding the govt, insurance companies and patients. They lie to you and surprise you with scam fees buried in fine print that they lie to you about when you ask them to explain IN ADVANCE. After your exam they become crystal clear all of a sudden about their illegal scam fees: "pay up or we wont give you your prescription". This is after they have processed my insurance and got paid for the exam. These people should be wearing an orange jumpsuit rather than a white lab ... read more
I love this place. They are wonderful in every aspect. I have been going to another eye doctor due to my Sarcoidosis to make sure that it is not spreading to my eyes. They done tests here that my other one has never done since 1999. I highly recommend them to anyone!
they do not honor your appt. time. that leaves me feeling that my personal time is not important to them.
