Newport Eyecare are nothing but scam artists who are defrauding the govt, insurance companies and patients. They lie to you and surprise you with scam fees buried in fine print that they lie to you about when you ask them to explain IN ADVANCE. After your exam they become crystal clear all of a sudden about their illegal scam fees: "pay up or we wont give you your prescription".
