I highly recommend Newport Devcor for your next property. The property manager, Morgan was very kind, punctual and understanding. I was unable to obtain a business license at the property I leased due to a zoning issue and Newport was willing to allow me to leave the lease and even went so far as to refund my deposit and first month's rent. Never have I ever had a landlord be so understanding of my situation and willing to work with me. Thank you so much for your assistance and kindness to tenants!
