Horrible landlords. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this company has a pattern of predatory behavior to tenants and don’t want other people to go through what my husband and I have. Both of us have rented for years, and have never not gotten a deposit back. I deep cleaned before we moved out and we made sure to not damage the walls or floors or cabinetry. I highly recommend Newport Devcor for your next property. The property manager, Morgan was very kind, punctual and understanding. I was unable to obtain a business license at the property I leased due to a zoning issue and Newport was willing to allow me to leave the lease and even went so far as to refund my deposit and first month's rent. Never have I ever had a landlord be so understanding of my situation and willing to work with me. Thank you so much for your assistance and kindness to tenants!
