I recently visited this clinic, and while the overall staff and environment were good, my deep cleaning experience was extremely disappointing. The person who treated me was very rough and harsh during the procedure. My gums were bleeding, and she never once asked if I was in pain or feeling uncomfortable. She didn’t communicate basic instructions like “open your mouth” or “close your mouth,” and there was no friendliness or concern shown at all. The staff is amazing. Everyone took such care to explain what they need to do and what will need to be done. That took my fear away. Thank you.
Yesterday our appt was at 440 for a cleaning. I had to get up and ask at 530 what was going on. I was then informed she won’t be getting her cleaning because they close at 6. The office manager was rude and threatened to have me removed when I was rude back.
