Facility is always clean. Office staff is efficient. Dr. Siman is a great dentist. The hygienist on staff Wednesday was great. I did not get her name unfortunately.
Please make sure you get a second opinion about anything they tell you. This dental office has repeatedly shown that they are far more interested in maximizing profit than in providing genuine care. Their concern for patients’ well-being is severely lacking.
Took my sons in for a check-up to Newport Dental while we briefly lived in CA. They told me my oldest son had 8 cavities and needed almost $800 worth of work AFTER insurance. My instinct told me not to trust this because my son's previous dental visit, he didn't have any cavities. We're back in WA. Dentist here says my son has great hygiene and ZERO cavities. Do what you will with this information.
Yesterday was the first time in so many years visiting a dental office and the pressure of having good teeth is so scary but I walked in recommended by my Boyfriend and it was the most comfortable and inviting experience. The front desk workers & Manager were so kind and helpful. The dental assistants and dentist made me feel like I wasn’t alone in my situation and I can definitely recommend this place to go for your dental care.
