Tldr: They tried to charge us more for what insurance had already covered. Scheduled as a first time patient for routine checkup and cleaning, covered by my insurance. Had to come back another day because the hygienist wasn't there that day?? Sure, fine. Then started getting bills in the mail... Contacted insurance, told us we should owe nothing and insurance actually covered 100%. Called Newport dental about it and THEN they said they would clear our balance? Very pleasant experience, staff was very kind and informative.
Awesome deep cleaning and and a tiny chop on front tooth filled! My xrays were smooth and no discomfort either. Caring and professional staff.
