You call the office and get a call center. I needed an endodontist because I had an emergency over the weekend and was told by an out-of-network dentist that I needed a root canal. The call center said they could get me in within 2 hours (wow!) and I went. The front desk, when I arrive, told me that no, they don't have an endodontist on staff, they have one who comes in next month. I've tried this office twice and I waited in the chair for over three hours both times. I even got up and tried to get help because I have a newborn at home that needed breastfed but nothing sped things up. After three hours waiting I had to get up and leave without my cleaning... the only reason for my visit. Rediculous. I will never go back. Please stay away.
