Went there for dinner with my family they sat us down ordered our food and NEVER CAME BACK food was sitting in the back for over 30 mins the person kept taking care of other ppl and never even looked at us or gave us ate food had to ask someone else since the person wasn’t doing there job then I ask for a high chair they told me I can’t have it because of a fire spot so why not move our spot this place sucks I was ready to walk out horrible service will not come back to this place they’re all miserable zero stars if I could!
I always walk out of Newport Creamery stuffed and fully satisfied. I have been going there for the past 46 years and quite a few years going with my parents. I'm seventy years old now and plan on going until I can't walk in on my own. A great place!!!
Showed up at 8:55 tonight and was told immediately that we needed to hurry up because the kitchen closes at 9:10. Then proceeded to come back and tell us the kitchen decided to close early. Incredibly unprofessional and ignorant.
Hometown favorite! Never disappointed! Awful Awfuls are something special for sure!
Why can’t this beloved RI restaurant chain find a competent owner :( stoppppp hiring a sea of 15 year olds to run your restaurants, please? The food is still decent now and again. Cmon guys. Get it together. Have some decency to run the damn restaurant properly.
