Servers were slow and looked high. One server grabbed food with bare hands. Unprofessional looking staff. Servers sitting around in the back and hiding. Literally had to get up and remind them about my food. Floor was dirty and paper all over. Definitely not eating there again.

came to newport creamery this morning tina was our server by far one of the worst servers she took so long on our food it finally got to our table and if was still wrong after the fact she was acting like a manger to everyone there won’t be coming back to this location

In the kindest way possible, the food was mediocre to terrible. I never went in expecting a 5 star, high class experience but wow, that was disappointing. The atmosphere was a bit dissuading. Kinda empty and outdated. Staff were nice, but understandably just trying to get work done. It was mostly clean but my table did have some sticky spots.
