I was a resident here at Newport condominiums off of Amsbury ln Dallas,tx across the street from the Central Market and Tom Thumb. DO NOT rent from these people or trust them. They are very dishonest when it comes to solving issues and getting deposits back. They will take your deposit and will not return it at the end of your lease in (my current experience). And our unit had plenty of giant cock-roaches during our moving in and time spent in the unit. They did send pest control for a little while but they came right back. ... read more
Excellent service, nice and clean environment. Deducting one star because parking was a little difficult to find.
make sure to check washer/dryer unit properly before moving in. my place came with a washer that’s exuding a rotten smell and the dryer takes over 2 hours for a simple load yet management refuses to take any action and simply suggested me to hire my own housekeeping for an inconvenience coming from their own appliance.
I visited Newport Condos in search of a 2-bedroom apartment, and Filiberto was incredibly helpful. He asked all the right questions and provided lots of information about the community and the apartment he showed me. I absolutely loved the apartment and can’t wait for my lease to be up so I can see if there’s something available for me at that time.
There is mold growing in the walls of our old apartment that we just moved out of over here. When we bleached the windows, the mold just came back, informing us about the mold being in the walls in the first place. When we took pictures and showed them in an email, they said to bleach it. Keep in mind we had already done this multiple times. The place is old with management that does not care about the apartment at all.
