Sad sad excuse for customer service. I moved in this complex last September and EVERY interaction with this "said" regional manager has been subpar. She's been dismissive and unprofessional, and today came into my back yard unannounced. Evelin = Sad excuse for a manager. And when I told her I'd be complaining, she replied "Well I'm the regional manager so it'll go no further than me"....Wow...Who owns this property?!?! Moved from here due to very hostile management. Treat tenants some one way while others another. While look okay on outside the inside is aged and maybe update appliances 20 years ago. Junk now.
Lack of competency in getting things repaired was astounding. Inside seemed like it was falling apart. No follow up whatsoever on pending repairs if had to come back for something that couldn't be fixed at first visit. Just didn't come back. Seems like they were just fine if your stuff stayed broken. Good luck to you if you move here. More headache than it's worth. Couldn't wait to move out.
Do not recommend. This review is my opinion based on observations. Can be very amateur communication or none at all from office on a lot of issues that could be considered important. Office can easily be irrational, aggressive, petty, holds grudges, pick and choose what to enforce against who, not equal.
