Do not live here! There is one man, who goes on vacation and leaves with no notification to the tenants. This wouldn't be an issue if he wasn't responsible for repairs or emergency issues. We lived in our home for an entire week in a bad neighborhood without an operating door. Our refrigerator constantly leaks and he won't be able to address it for over a week.
