1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Initial clarification of what was previous damage vs current damage needs to be a part of the initial claim. 2.5 Star : Repair Quality It took 2x to get all the damage repaired. First was waiting 2 months to get in, then 2 1/2 weeks to get it back.
