Been living here for a year. It has always been issues. People have been shot up in these apartments. Trash is ridiculous. People are dirty and lazy just throwing the trash on the outside of the dumpster even when it is NOT full. The office really needs to turn on these cameras and start giving out lease violations! There is no maintenance! Which is no excuse for work orders to not be completed, when they can hire contractors. I really thought with this new management things were going to change but nope! Manager Semaj failed to submit my RFTA packet after I turned it in on May 25. Housing later informed me they never received it. When I went to pick up the packet, he signed it in front of me, confirming it had not been completed previously. His failure to complete and submit the paperwork on time has delayed my move and put my housing situation at risk. As a result, I may have nowhere to go when my current lease ends next week..
