Lived with mold for a year with a new born that cause him health issues I was going into the office every week to complain and nothing. This could’ve been prevented if they went when I first told them there was a leak but took them over a month to check on it. Also had other maintenance concerns that would never get addressed.

So, I came to this property as a potential tenant, and being that I knew the history (6/7 years ago), I must say that I was more than pleasantly surprised. The community as I knew it was leaps and bounds above their unfavorable past, because back then, the crime was so horrible that it was like being in a real life new jack city situation. But now... my God!!! Not afraid to pass through, not afraid to visit, nothing. And the new management and staff were so pleasant, inviting, and personable.
