Whenever I visit the NEK I stay at the Newport City Inn. I have always had a comfortable stay over the years and have always been treated well by the staff. I guess I'm a bit baffled by the last couple reviews. Sounds like a couple nut jobs that probably have an axe to grind wherever they go. Especially the one that waited to complain 2 years later. What a hoot! Cheap AND late to the party. By the way, I'm sure you folks at the Inn don't remember me from Adam. Just wanted to say I've never had any issues.
It is always clean, has a Kuerig in the room, and is a very good value for the business traveler coming to the area.
Love staying here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.
Tried to book this place for wedding party the night before and then get a late check out- they wanted to charge another full night. And the owner/manager could not call me back to discuss. So, we rented 3 beautiful rooms at the Derby Line Village Inn - for less money, late check out, breakfast, and a wonderful lunch that they insisted on feeding the gals!
We love this hotel! The staff is friendly and the rooms are really clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and we will definitely stay here again! We will be coming back for sure!
I found the inn to be very clean and welcoming. The staff were very professional helpful and pleasant. The location is near to many places you will want to visit. I highly recommend this place.
